Saurav is adept at providing leadership in matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, managing distressed assets, change management, stakeholder engagement and business strategy. He has vast experience in setting up new ventures, realigning operations, raising seed funding, equity and debt financing, financial restructuring, financial analysis and mitigating risks.
Saurav is a Chartered Accountant with training from PwC in their Global Capital Market Group. He did the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Saurav is an avid reader and loves to travel. He likes to write in publications, speak at seminars and has been a jury member for various business leadership awards. He is also on the board of Welham Boys School in Dehradun.

Arpit assists all business verticals with their profitability, apart from being directly responsible for implementing group policies, Corporate Communications, Investor Services, HR, Commercials, Corporate Governance, and Compliance.
A media veteran with over 24 years of experience, Arpit specializes in making corporate, governmental, and institutional publicity meaningful and impactful across multimedia. He has held leadership positions in diverse roles – strategy formulation, revenue generation, content development, project conceptualization and end-to-end implementation, and production of live television news at well-established, Indian & international TV brands in India & Singapore including Keshet International, Bomanbridge Media, Sahara Group, Fremantle India Television, Balaji Telefilms, Miditech and NDTV.
He has hosted, created, licensed, or produced, some of the most iconic TV shows for South-East and Asian audiences. Shows like Reality Bites, Car & Bike Show, Gadget Guru, Pavitra Rishta, Nokia Live 8, Gali Gali Sim Sim, Indian Idol, India’s Got Talent, X Factor India, False Flag, and several more. He also holds the honour of having created Singapore’s first made-for-mobile series – in `05, much before it became preferred go-to media platform for millennials.
Strategic counsel for 24 years, with leading corporates across diverse sectors including automobile, e-commerce, advertising and financial services. Has led multiple cross-functional leadership teams across diverse industry projects simultaneously, which have impacted millions of consumers.
Well versed with contours of governance, board level strategic expectations, challenges of organisational redesign and related culture & communication imperatives. He works with leadership teams in enabling transformation of organisations with complexities of talent-culture conflict, generational-change of promoters / key leadership, M&A cultural issues, issues of business scale & size. He is a prolific media columnist.

Rajiv is a CA by qualification and a seasoned business leader. He has held various CXO & Board level roles in both MNC’s and at Indian business houses. An active Angel Investor and Life Sciences Industry Leader, he is Director & Co-Founder BOMA India & Founder Director at XCalibrate Global Pvt Ltd. – A startup creating the world’s 1st AI-powered 24×7 Super Coach Bot.
He has also served as an elected Governing Council member of NATHEALTH (an Apex body of Indian Healthcare) from 2017 till 2020 and is currently the Executive Committee member of the “CFO Board”, a distinctive body of senior respected CFO’s of India. Further, as a champion of social service, he makes time to serve as an advisory board member of a well-respected NGO “Win over Cancer” to help place, guide, and financially support cancer survivors & their families in society.
Chief Operating Officer
Shagufta is the voice and face of MyyIndia and oversees and is responsible for all aspects of this business vertical.
Over the last 12 years, Shagufta has conceptualised and executed flagship IPs for some of the biggest award-winning social campaigns in the country. She was the Brand Head for Forbes India and GM (Special Projects), Network18 leading the Mission Paani campaign.
In her previous stint as Director-Operations & Supervising Producer, Special Projects at NDTV, her work brought together policy-makers, celebrities, NGOs, India Inc, civil society and school children to build mass awareness and grassroots impact on some of the biggest social issues through campaigns like Greenathon, Support My School, Save Our Tigers, Banega Swachh India and Mission Paani. She was also part of India’s 1st Khelo India games as the Broadcast Manager liaising between Star Sports and the Tournament Team.
Her strengths include building successful multimedia strategies for brands, leading end-to-end execution of campaigns including Live TV and ground events.
Over the last 12 years, Kinshuk has donned multiple hats – digital marketeer, open source evangelist, writer, game designer, and product architect. As Head of Technology at MyyTake, Kinshuk translates our platform visions into reality.
A veteran of the Indian gaming industry, he has built leading solutions for some of the largest global games publishers and EdTech companies in the past. He was recently recognised as one of the 100 Global Game Changers by the GamesIndustry.Biz magazine as part of their GI100 2020 list. He was a council member for NASSCOM’s Gaming Forum earlier, and currently serves on the steering committee for CII’s India Gaming Summit 2021.
