Saurav is a Venture Partner with a leading Venture Capital firm and has over 20 years of experience in Media and Entertainment Industry. He is the former Co-CEO and Director Finance & Group CFO of NDTV Group. He has been in the leadership team of NDTV since 2006 first as CFO and later as Co-CEO of the NDTV Group. He has been a part of the core team that spearheaded NDTV’s growth as an industry leader and as the most respected media company in the country. He worked on launching the first-ever Initial Public Offering (IPO) of NDTV in 2004.
At NDTV, he was a part of the initial team that worked on NDTV’s diversification of business into entertainment, digital and e-commerce ventures, which involved raising funds and working closely with all stakeholders including the promoters, shareholders, and investors. Saurav also served as a board member in these ventures.
Saurav is adept at providing leadership in matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, managing distressed assets, change management, stakeholder engagement and business strategy. He has vast experience in setting up new ventures, realigning operations, raising seed funding, equity and debt financing, financial restructuring, financial analysis and mitigating risks.
Saurav is a Chartered Accountant with training from PwC in their Global Capital Market Group. He did the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Saurav is an avid reader and loves to travel. He likes to write in publications, speak at seminars and has been a jury member for various business leadership awards. He is also on the board of Welham Boys School in Dehradun.

In a professional career spanning over 22 years, Priyanka is credited with conceptualizing some of India’s best known and award-winning media campaigns. Many global brands associated with these campaigns namely Greenathon (Toyota), Support My School (Coca-Cola), Save Our Tigers (Aircel), Banega Swachh India (Dettol), Jeene Ki Asha (Gates Foundation) and the more recent Mission Paani (Harpic). Priyanka has won several awards, including prestigious international awards like the CBA (Commonwealth Broadcasting Association) One World Media Award in Johannesburg and was a part of the team that represented India at the First BRICS Media Summit in Beijing. She recently resigned as CEO – Forbes India and President – Marketing & Special Projects, Network18 Group. Prior to that she was ‘Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer, NDTV Group.’ In 12 years, special projects today is a multi-crore industry with all news networks keen establish their identity as being socially relevant through these campaigns. Priyanka has always maintained that what sets our projects apart is a passion for bringing about social change, the personal touch, the yearning to make a true difference and looking beyond deliverables on paper. She has done her Advanced Management from Harvard Business School.
Priyanka is the custodian of the Organisations conscience. She has set the vision for the team to implement and follow.
Aditi has over 22 years of experience in the Television Industry with over 13 years of experience in leadership positions in Television Media – Content Development, Business Development, Production, Sales and Team Management. She was Channel Head for Operations for NDTV 24×7.
Aditi in last role as Executive Vice President, Campaign & Events at Network18 and prior to that as Chief Operating Officer of Special Projects and Events at NDTV, has been leading the campaigns & events team to provide holistic brand solutions across broadcast and new media to ensure meaningful engagement with desired TG.
She has conceptualized social initiatives providing holistic brand solutions across television and new media. Under her supervision, the Save Our Tigers (Aircel) campaign, won “The Best Public Service Campaign for a Brand by a News Channel” at the ENBA 2011 Awards and the campaign Jeene Ki Aasha won the prestigious Silver UNDPI Award at the New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards 2012

Arpit assists all business verticals with their profitability, apart from being directly responsible for implementing group policies, Corporate Communications, Investor Services, HR, Commercials, Corporate Governance, and Compliance.
A media veteran with over 24 years of experience, Arpit specializes in making corporate, governmental, and institutional publicity meaningful and impactful across multimedia. He has held leadership positions in diverse roles – strategy formulation, revenue generation, content development, project conceptualization and end-to-end implementation, and production of live television news at well-established, Indian & international TV brands in India & Singapore including Keshet International, Bomanbridge Media, Sahara Group, Fremantle India Television, Balaji Telefilms, Miditech and NDTV.
He has hosted, created, licensed, or produced, some of the most iconic TV shows for South-East and Asian audiences. Shows like Reality Bites, Car & Bike Show, Gadget Guru, Pavitra Rishta, Nokia Live 8, Gali Gali Sim Sim, Indian Idol, India’s Got Talent, X Factor India, False Flag, and several more. He also holds the honour of having created Singapore’s first made-for-mobile series – in `05, much before it became preferred go-to media platform for millennials.

Shagufta is the voice and face of MyyIndia and oversees and is responsible for all aspects of this business vertical.
Over the last 12 years, Shagufta has conceptualised and executed flagship IPs for some of the biggest award-winning social campaigns in the country. She was the Brand Head for Forbes India and GM (Special Projects), Network18 leading the Mission Paani campaign.
In her previous stint as Director-Operations & Supervising Producer, Special Projects at NDTV, her work brought together policy-makers, celebrities, NGOs, India Inc, civil society and school children to build mass awareness and grassroots impact on some of the biggest social issues through campaigns like Greenathon, Support My School, Save Our Tigers, Banega Swachh India and Mission Paani. She was also part of India’s 1st Khelo India games as the Broadcast Manager liaising between Star Sports and the Tournament Team.
Her strengths include building successful multimedia strategies for brands, leading end-to-end execution of campaigns including Live TV and ground events.
Kinshuk, armed with only his keyboard, oversees and is responsible for all matters technical and IT, at a group level.
Kinshuk is the founder and game designer at Hashstash, a game solutions provider that helps Brands, Non-Profits and Educational Institutions effectively communicate and achieve their business objectives using games as the medium.
Over the years, Hashstash has helped clients such as Microsoft, Octro, Sesame Street, WWF India, Vodafone Foundation, Hike Messenger and Byju’s build competitive edge using games and gamification.
Prerna Chhabra is responsible for all Video Production of the MyyTake business vertical. She has over 2 decades of experience including 14 years with broadcaster NDTV.
Prerna has produced several Award-winning programs and events: Reality Bites, We the People, Jessica Lal: Fight for Justice, India 60 Minutes, Toyota University Cricket Championships.
The entrepreneur bug hit her and today she is owner/co-founder of a boutique production start-up called Arista Motion Pictures. She has been associated with producing social media content, launch of several start-up branding videos and mass scale campaigns like BJP – Ek Nayi Subha, setting up off-shore captive video production units for PwC International, Genpact, CBS to a name a few.
She scaled the young venture to highlight her appetite, skill and vision in corporate film making, promoting brand ambition and aspiration, of leading business houses in diverse genres. She has worked closely with some of top brands like Nestle, Walmart India, PwC, Genpact, Oberoi Group, Eazy Diner, Space Matrix, Indian Army, Navy, and names still getting added.

Bhavna Jamwal has over 12 years of experience in the media industry and specializes in Digital Content Creation and Social Media Marketing. She has worked with content agencies and International organizations in India and in Germany.
As a full spectrum content creator and social media professional, she develops and executes digital content campaigns, creates and publishes original, brand-focused content, develops overall brand awareness and online reputation through a judicial mix of content types and digital platforms and tracks competitors and their strategies as benchmarks.
